Mission of Hope Ministries

Mission of Hope Ministries is a 90-day, in care, Christian program designed to minister to the men and women who are addicted to drugs or alcohol. The program for men is called Mission of Hope, and the one for the women is called Haven of Hope.

Mission of Hope Ministries does not charge for their services and is totally funded by churches, individuals, and businesses who have a heart for helping those who are suffering from addictions.

Jefferson Award

Just this week, Lonnie & Carol Miller were nominated and selected as winners of Fox10’s first Jefferson Award for the Mobile Pensacola Gulf Coast area. The Jefferson Awards were established in 1972 to encourage and honor individuals for their achievements and contributions through public and community service. Jefferson Awards recipients are ordinary people who do extraordinary things without expectation of recognition or reward.

Though the Millers would want no earthly recognition and are even embarrassed by the attention, it is our honor to congratulate them for receiving this award. We know their real treasure is laid up in Heaven, but we take great pleasure in recognizing them here and now for the many years of service they have lovingly and graciously given to others for the Kingdom of Christ here at the Mission of Hope.
